Credit Report Update! [As of 1/29/2026]
Due to a recent 50% increase in credit-reporting costs, we are limiting how often full credit reports are pulled.
Clients are encouraged to use free tools such as Credit Karma or CreditWise to monitor their credit whenever possible.
Credit reports will be pulled only when necessary and generally no more than twice per year per client.
When a report is required, I’ll only pull Experian and TransUnion unless there is a specific reason to include all three bureaus.
Please note that Equifax is the most expensive bureau, accounting for more than half of the total cost of a three-bureau credit report.
Because each credit bureau operates independently, not all creditors report to all three bureaus. If an account or item reports only to a bureau that is not pulled, it will not appear on the report. However, if an item reports to multiple bureaus, it will still appear as long as at least one of those bureaus is included.
We are actively working toward a solution that will allow clients to monitor their credit at no cost without requiring manual report pulls. In the meantime, these guidelines help ensure we can continue providing services sustainably.

Please read the following and complete the form. After you submit your request, I’ll pull your credit report and email it to you. I’ll email you your credit report within 12 hours of receiving your request. Exceptions may include late evenings, weekends, holidays or emergencies.
